Official Voting Rules
- One Vote Per Category: Each individual is allowed to vote only once per category. Duplicate votes will not be counted.
- Online Voting Only: All voting must take place exclusively online at www.sacobserver.com.
- Strict No-Duplication Policy: Any attempt to vote multiple times by creating new or different email addresses, online profiles, or false entities of any kind will result in complete disqualification of all votes submitted by that individual.
- Permanent Disqualification for Cheating: Individuals found violating the voting rules will be permanently banned from participating in future voting for the Urban Music Awards.
- Assisting Rule Violations: Any person found assisting others in violating these rules will also be permanently disqualified from voting in all future Urban Music Awards.
- Voting Period: Voting opens in June and will close August 4, 2025. Specific dates will be announced on the official website.
