Known as “Sacramento’s Black Wall Street,” Florin Square is a complex with nearly 100 service businesses, retailers, and nonprofits all with business owners of color. It’s also the largest collaboration of Black-owned businesses in Northern California. Florin Square houses the African Marketplace, a place where African American vendors have the opportunity to sell their products. The African Marketplace is held the first and third Saturday of each month from noon to 6:00 pm.
