Sacramento’s PSYKO Fit is rewriting the script on traditional fitness with an unwavering commitment to not just transforming bodies but also forging lasting connections among its members.
Founded by William “Coach Will” Solomon, the gym’s philosophy is clear: it’s about unity, collective progress and creating an environment where fitness can thrive.
“We like to cover you from the couch to the podium,” Coach Will says.
Standing for (P)ower, (S)peed, (Y)oga, (K)alisthenics and (O)bstacle course racing, the workouts are designed to challenge even the most seasoned fitness enthusiasts while being scalable for all levels. From its boot camp-style classes, to personal training and even what’s been dubbed the PSYKO Games competition, every member can find their ideal workout and progress at their own pace.
Coach Will’s personal journey into the fitness world is an exemplary one, fueled by a commitment to making a difference in the lives of those he serves. After facing health challenges and successfully transforming his own life, he wanted to empower his community to do the same.
