Kansas City Chiefs Win Super Bowl LVII

‘USA Today’ reports that the Chiefs took home their second Super Bowl title in four years on Feb. 12. League MVP Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs beat the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35.

The Eagles dominated the first half of the game with a 10-point lead.

Mahomes reaggravated an ankle injury just before halftime. But the Chiefs were able to rally and come back to lead in the fourth quarter, at which point the Eagles responded to tie. The Chiefs ran down the clock and Harrison Butker made the game-winning 27-yard field goal.

The game was one of the highest-scoring Super Bowls. Kadarius Toney also had the
longest punt return in Super Bowl history. Jalen Hurts tied for most points scored by a player in the Super Bowl with 20 points.
