The public is invited to one of two virtual Sacramento County budget workshops at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15.
Staff from the county’s budget and debt management office will open the workshop by providing information about the budget, including major program areas, historic funding trends and current issues.
Representatives from the departments of child, family and adult services, health services and transportation will follow with brief presentations highlighting the different services and funding streams for their specific areas.
The workshop can be viewed via Zoom or on the MetroCable website.
