On Saturday Sept. 24 from 5 – 8 p.m., at the Brickhouse Gallery & Art Complex, Genoa Barrow, beloved Sacramento OBSERVER journalist and author, will present her first book of poetry, 7×7: Kudos and Kwansabas/Something For My Sistahs.
The new collection of poetry is inspired by the artform created by East St. Louis poet laureate, Dr. Eugene Redmond.
