The Sacramento Chapter of the Links Incorporated has announced the launch of the award winning 2022-23 Black Achievers Creating Change (BACC) Cohort.

High school juniors and seniors who are African American or are of African American decent, who have a 3.0 GPA or above, and who live in the Sacramento service area are invited to apply.

Students who meet engagement and participation requirements may be eligible for a scholarship between $500-$2,500.

This free program welcomes young men and women who exemplify academic achievement, leadership potential, and a willingness to empower others through volunteer service.

Their comprehensive workshop series includes wellness workshops, mentoring activities, civic and community service projects, and volunteer activities.
