Fans jumped to their feet and sang along to their favorite hits as the hip-hop-influenced hitmakers TLC performed July 28 at the California State Fair. Decked out in teal outfits, group members T-Boz and Chili belted out their signature songs while engaging with a packed audience. T-Boz had her arm in a sling, but didn’t miss a beat as the duo performed timeless classics like “Creep,” “Unpretty” and fan favorite “Scrubs.” TLC also paid tribute to their late sister-member Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes in performing her favorite song of theirs, “Waterfalls.” The “Crazy, Sexy, Cool” group helped take the fair into its closing weekend, appearing with a live band, background dancers and a DJ who kept the crowd in good spirits.
