Starting June 4, Sacramento County voters can vote in person at 14 Sacramento Public Library (SPL) locations. The library will offer extended hours at 27 locations from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Election Day.
Voters also can drop off completed ballot envelopes at most locations during regular hours of operation through June 7. Ballot boxes will not be available at Ella K. McClatchy and North Sacramento-Hagginwood Libraries.
“The Sacramento Public Library has been proud to support our community in taking civic action. We’ve provided safe and convenient options for voters for every election since 2014,” said Library Deputy Director Cathy Crosthwaite. “In fact, our library locations accounted for 22% of the total drop-off ballots collected in Sacramento County during the November 2020 election.”
