( – The 2021 school year saw many students returning to classrooms with even fewer teachers of color, which was intensified by the COVID-19 pandemic. What will it take to get more Black and Latino teachers back into the classroom and retain them? Join us as we discuss ways in which leaders in education are tackling the challenge of making sure that teacher representation reflects the communities they serve in.
