
The West Sacramento City Council is scheduled to meet Wednesday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. Among the issues planned for discussion is to facilitate the City Council’s consideration of an Affordable Housing Agreement with Next Generation Capital LLC, for a 25-unit residential condominium development and consideration of Ordinance 21-10, which approves an assignment of an existing Development Agreement (DA) with the applicant for a cannabis indoor cultivation facility at 3970 Commerce Drive.
