ELK GROVE – The Elk Grove Unified School District (EGUSD) is seeking applicants for classified and certificated positions.
EGUSD will hold a two-day recruitment fair March 20-21 at the Robert L. Trigg Education Center, located at 9510 Elk Grove-Florin Road, Elk Grove, in the Board Room.
On Friday, March 20, the focus will be on classified, non-teaching, support positions. The recruitment event is scheduled to run from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
On Saturday, March 21, the focus will be on certificated, teaching positions. The event is scheduled to run 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The recruitment fairs also feature two opportunities to meet with EGUSD Superintendent Christopher Hoffman (5:30 p.m. on Friday and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday), interviews facilitated by District administrators, opportunities for fingerprinting for classified positions and certificated substitutes, and expert assistance and support with applications will be offered.
Currently, the District is recruiting to fill positions in the following areas: All teaching positions, including match and physical science; Special education teachers, including teaching, clinical or rehabilitation services, speech/language pathology; World language teachers, including Spanish, Japanese, French; substitute teachers; nurses; bus drivers; paraeducators; and food service workers.
