Twin Rivers Asks For Community Input During Superintendent Search

TRUSD-LOGO1SACRAMENTO – Twin Rivers Unified School District (TRUSD) parents, community members, students and employees are invited to participate in four community forums as the search for a new superintendent moves forward.

The community forums are designed to get input about the kind of leadership qualities the TRUSD community would like to see in the next superintendent. Sessions are set for Saturday, January 12, 2013 and Saturday, January 19, 2013.

On January 12 a forum will be held at noon in the cafeteria of Grant Union High School, 1400 Grand Avenue. Another forum will be held the same day at 2:30 p.m. at Rio Linda High School, 6309 Dry Creek Road, Rio Linda.

On January 19 a forum will be held at noon at Highlands High School, 6601 Guthrie Way, North Highlands. Another forum will be held the same day at 2:30 p.m. at Foothill High School, 5000 McCloud Drive.

Trustees are conducting the superintendent search with the help of CPS HR Consulting. TRUSD serves approximately 27,000 preschool through adult education students in northern Sacramento County.
